We’ll just start by placing it right into the open T-slot between the panel and the bar itself. Just slightly push down and work your way across, and once I’m done with that, I’m going to repeat the process all the way around the frame. Now you’re only going to need to do this on one side, and once you are done with that, it should cut down on a lot of noise and vibration in your panel.
