Hereʻs the annual hot air balloon launch at CasaBlanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite, Nevada that took place this January 28, 2023 morning. Brisk morning temperatures and clear skies made for a spectacular colorful event in the sky. Fun was had by all. This once-a-year event takes place one hour twenty minutes north-east of Las Vegas, Nevada off interstate highway I-15. After this Mesquite, Nevada event, the hot air balloons go north on I-15 to St. George, Utah, about a 40 minute drive. Some people plan their vacation around these two events, and itʻs enjoyable for the whole family.
