Day 3 brought a fresh change of scenery as I checked out of Palazzo and into the stunning @cosmopolitanlasvegas — 68th floor, Strip views, absolutely unreal! I kicked off the day with a signature Pistachio Martini from the legendary Frenchy at Gem Bar (a must!), followed by a go-to lunch at Din Tai Fung. I checked out Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo and enjoyed amazing cocktails and bites with Denise, Rose, Gillian, and Samantha. The night continued with drinks at Bound Bar in Cromwell, shots back at my room, then pizza at Aria’s Moneyline and some late-night gambling at Park MGM.
