El hecho ocurrió en el Drink El Sultán, ubicado en la calle Batalla de Santomé, en el sector de Córbano Sur. Las víctimas fueron identificadas como Luis Milcíades de la Rosa Mateo, de 26 años de edad, residente en la manzana 1, apartamento 8A del sector Villa Liberación, y Frankelin Suero Encarnación, de 28 años, residente en la calle primera, casa número 02 del kilómetro 3, en el sector Villa Perpetuo Socorro.
