And 102 acres is just a massive amount of land — you can almost build a city on it." It does have many benefits and it would be exciting for a new owner to take over the project. Although it would be one of, if not, the last family orientated Strip casino to exist. It originally opened in 1968 with a full circus theme and had clowns everywhere, real animals and so much more inside! You can't find that anywhere else today on the Strip or in Las Vegas.
