For our first meal away from the Las Vegas Strip and Fremont St. areas, we try Baja Miguel’s, an affordable Mexican restaurant located in the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. We decided on two of their Margarita Meal Deals, the Baja Combo and the Fajita Rice Bowl. Both are reasonably-priced, served with fresh tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole, bean dip AND a house margarita!
