After the addition, the entire project included the 120,000 gallon pool (mentioned above), additional indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor stage area, putting green, and common areas. In 2013, Allison Landscape & Pool Company started construction on renovating the 120,000 gallon pool. The slide was removed and replaced with a grotto spa, larger swim-up bar area, and increased area for tanning ledges. Construction was completed in Summer 2014.
